Kuwaiti breakfast: balaleet. Crispy spaghetti topped with an omelet. Lots of Indian-inspired spices, and heavily featuring saffron. It was quite tasty, we both enjoyed it a lot. The recipe says it serves 8, but it really is more like 4 portions.
