Moldovan breakfast: brânzoaice. The recipe says it serves 1, but it was plenty for two. Very tasty, would definitely try these again. Not sure where the error is, but I had to double the flour to make it work; as written, the batter was far too wet. Also, mine were a lot bigger than the recipe author’s, so we only got five total out of the recipe.
